Position Title : Project Support Officer

Location : East Perth

Job Type : Temp contract with a view to extension, full time hoursWe are seeking a dedicated Project Support Officer to join our state government clients dynamic project team and contribute to the successful delivery of this important extension project. The extension project is a significant infrastructure initiative aimed at enhancing connectivity and accessibility in the region.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure all project records are accurately maintained and easily accessible.
  • Assume the role of Document Controller, managing and overseeing all project documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of project reports and meetings.
  • Provide comprehensive business support to the project team.
  • Arrange and take minutes for Steering Committee meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Director and Project Manager.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience :

Essential :

Proficiency in records management practices and the use of computerized records management systems.Strong written communication skills, including the preparation of reports and various forms of correspondence.Experience in providing project administration support in various contexts.Familiarity with TRIM / Content Manager systems.

Desirable :

Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams is highly desirable.
