Job Title: Project Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Professional to support the successful delivery of our state-wide civil projects.

  • Review of full tender documentation prior to submission and identify key project risks.

  • Manage and mentor project teams including resource allocation and managing client interfaces.

  • Manage and advise on subcontractor and supplier procurement including requests for tender, internal recommendations and awarding agreements in line with company processes and procedures.

  • Subcontract administration including assessment of interim and final payment claims, preparing payment schedules, assessment of claims for variation and extensions of time, as well as other time and cost related claims.

  • Head contract administration including assisting in the preparation, quantification and submission of contractual claims for variations and extensions of time, as well as other time and cost related claims.

  • Assist in the preparation, quantification and submission of interim progress claims to clients including project controls functions as well as compilation of monthly financial reporting requirements in line with disciplined forecasting and tracking of revenue and costs.

  • Collate and manage accurate project records, benchmark costs and prepare bills of quantities and manage project cost control.
