Job Title: National Partnerships Manager

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a National Partnerships Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in driving meaningful change and supporting the development of a more inclusive and equitable workforce across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with employers and industry sectors to advance inclusive employment initiatives.
  • Expand and nurture community networks to increase candidate referrals and support workforce diversity.
  • Lead efforts to attract new clients, actively promoting us as a trusted service that supports people with disability to achieve their career goals.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by analysing market trends and providing actionable, data-driven insights.
  • Optimise CRM systems and reporting to monitor performance metrics and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Coach and support local teams to enhance employer engagement and improve career outcomes for clients.

Essential Criteria
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or Human Services related field.
  • Experience in business development, employer engagement, or partnership management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to analyse market trends and translate insights into action.
  • Confidence using CRM systems and reporting tools to drive performance.
  • A genuine commitment to inclusion, diversity, and community impact.
