National Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a National Partnerships Manager to drive new business and build strong pipelines with employers to create real job opportunities for people with a disability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with employers and industry sectors to advance inclusive employment initiatives.
  • Expand and nurture community networks to increase candidate referrals and support workforce diversity.
  • Lead efforts to attract new clients, actively promoting Breakthru as a trusted service that supports people with disability to achieve their career goals.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by analysing market trends and providing actionable, data-driven insights.
  • Optimise CRM systems and reporting to monitor performance metrics and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Coach and support local teams to enhance employer engagement and improve career outcomes for clients.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, driving national growth by shaping strategic partnerships and identifying emerging opportunities.

About You:

  • You're a natural relationship builder with a passion for creating inclusive employment opportunities.
  • You bring a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on experience, and you're confident engaging with employers, community groups, and internal teams alike.
  • You're proactive, results-driven, and thrive in a role where you can make a real impact.

Essential Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or Human Services related field and/or relevant experience.
  • Experience in business development, employer engagement, or partnership management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to analyse market trends and translate insights into action.
  • Confidence using CRM systems and reporting tools to drive performance.
  • A genuine commitment to inclusion, diversity, and community impact.
  • Current Driver's License - Essential.
