This role is a unique opportunity to work within a service that combines evidence-based practices with person-centred support. You will manage a caseload of participants, delivering tailored services that foster resilience, confidence, and long-term success.
About the RoleAs a Specialist, you will:
- Support participants through every step of their journey: vocational profiling, job search, resume preparation, interview coaching, placement, post-placement support, and ongoing guidance.
- Strive to exceed individual and team performance targets, driving sustainable employment outcomes and contributing to the overall success of the service.
- Develop strong partnerships with employers to create inclusive job opportunities and promote diversity and inclusion.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, community providers, and other stakeholders to ensure wrap-around supports for participants' wellbeing.
- Monitor outcomes, maintain accurate records, and contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery.

- A relevant Certificate III or higher qualification (Employment Services, Community Services, Mental Health, or related field).
- Experience in employment services, mental health support, or disability services.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with participants, their supports, and employers.
- Business development skills and local employer connections (highly regarded).
- Current driver's licence and your own vehicle.
- Ability to obtain all required clearances (NDIS, Working with Children, Police Check).
