ORS is launching our brand-new Inclusive Employment Australia – Mental Health Specialist division.
We are seeking passionate, motivated, and high-performing Employment Consultants to support participants living with mental health conditions into meaningful, sustainable employment.
This is a unique opportunity to work within an evidence-based service, change lives, and help build inclusive communities where everyone can thrive.
Responsibilities
Deliver services using the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model — the world's most evidence-based approach to employment for people with mental illness.
Support participants through every step of their journey: vocational profiling, job search, resume and interview preparation, placement, post-placement support and ongoing support.
Strive to exceed individual and team performance targets, delivering sustainable employment outcomes and contributing to the overall success of the service.
Build strong partnerships with local employers to create inclusive job opportunities.
Work collaboratively with NDIS and community providers, ensuring wrap-around supports for participants' wellbeing.
Monitor outcomes, keep accurate records, and contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery.
Celebrate participant achievements and foster resilience, confidence, and long-term success.

What You Will Need
A relevant Certificate III or higher qualification (Employment Services, Community Services, Mental Health, or related field).
Experience in employment services, mental health support, or disability services.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with participants, their supports and employers.
Business development skills and local employer connections (highly regarded).
Current driver's licence and your own vehicle.
Ability to obtain all required clearances (NDIS, Working with Children, Police Check).
