We're seeking a compassionate and proactive Workplace Inclusion Officer to lead initiatives, support employees, and drive process improvements to enhance employee experiences and outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Employment Coaches supporting employees with disabilities or barriers to employment.
- Oversee induction, goal development, and case management, ensuring operational compliance, safety, and financial sustainability.
- Mentor and guide staff in person-centered, rights-based employment supports, including complex case management and trauma-informed approaches.
- Implement business improvements for all Employment Coaches, enhancing policies and procedures.
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a related field.
- Desirable: Bachelor's degree in social work or similar.
- Experience in disability support, social work, adult education, or supported employment.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and disability standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and client safety systems.
