As a therapeutic services professional, you will work collaboratively with clients, their families, and key agencies to provide high-quality trauma-focused therapy and interventions.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated clinical experience working with complex trauma related to sexual assault and/or family violence
  • Crisis intervention skills necessary for supporting people who have experienced sexual assault and/or family violence
  • Experience working with children who have trauma related to sexual assault and/or family violence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience in preparing written reports for therapeutic and legal purposes
  • Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills, including building trust and rapport with colleagues and delivery of commitments
