Employment Type: Part-time – Mondays & Tuesdays, 8:00am–4:00pm, with potential for additional days.

Salary: Remuneration negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role: Occupational Therapist / Physiotherapist – Therapeutic compression garment specialist.

We are seeking a motivated and skilled health professional to join our team to deliver custom compression garment solutions for patients with burns, trauma, and hand injuries.

In this role you'll

·Conduct assessments, take measurements, prescribe, fit, and review compression garments.

·Apply strong clinical reasoning, advanced assessment skills, and a patient-focused approach to achieve the best possible outcomes.

·Work collaboratively with our design and production teams, while also operating independently when required.

·Provide education and consultative support to other therapists in private practice and in hospitals.

Founded in 1998, Therapist Support Laboratory is an independent 100% Australian owned and operated family manufacturing business located in the heritage Denton Mills Building in Abbotsford, Victoria. Our wide range of products are used in hospitals and therapy practices across Australia and New Zealand for burns/scar management, trauma, lymphoedema, oedema, hand therapy and wound care. We are known for our technical solutions and problem solving of complex compression garment requirements and quick turn-around.

What You'll Need

·Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy.

·Current and valid AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist.

·Experience or interest in working with burns, trauma, hand injuries, lymphoedema or complex wound management.

·Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and team-oriented approach.
