Regional Employment Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the successful delivery of a national employment program across a defined regional footprint.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving employment outcomes and ensuring that our organization is the provider of choice for participants, employers, and community partners.
This role combines strategic leadership, operational oversight, and stakeholder engagement, requiring a strong commercial acumen and experience building employer networks and community partnerships.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven leadership in employment, disability or community services
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budget and contract management
- Experience building employer networks and community partnerships
