  • Building and growing strategic employer and community partnerships to drive inclusive employment initiatives.
  • Ensuring contract compliance, financial sustainability, and continuous service improvement.
  • Championing the organisation's values and leading with purpose, safety, and impact.

The ideal candidate will be a values-led, performance-driven leader who thrives on purpose, growth, and impact. They will bring:

  • Proven leadership experience in employment, disability or community services.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budget and contract management.
  • Experience building employer networks and community partnerships.
  • Ability to lead teams through change while maintaining high performance.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, human services or related fields (highly desirable).
