We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team of employment practitioners and ongoing support practitioners in the Werribee region. As a leader, you will inspire a team to deliver high-quality services that help participants overcome barriers to employment.

About the Role:

  1. Lead a team to provide case management services that help participants find sustainable employment suited to their capacities and interests.
  2. Foster a culture of empowerment, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  3. Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to meet targets.
  4. Build relationships with local employers, partners, and government stakeholders.
  5. Mentor and coach practitioners for professional growth.
  6. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.

About You:

  • A minimum of four years' experience in employment services, especially supporting people with disabilities.
  • Lived experience of disability and relevant qualifications are highly regarded.
  • Deep understanding of guidelines, compliance, and performance frameworks.
  • Proven leadership experience within employment services.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage conflict and support challenging behaviors.
  • Cultural competence and ability to engage diverse communities.
  • A passion for inclusive employment and supporting people with disabilities.
  • A valid driver's license.
