This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and develop a regional team, driving employment outcomes and ensuring high-quality, person-centred employment support.

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), building strategic employer and community partnerships, and championing the organization's values.

About the Role
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results and meet contract targets.
  • Build and grow strategic partnerships with employers and community organizations to drive inclusive employment initiatives.
  • Ensure contract compliance and financial sustainability while continuously improving services.

About You

  • Ambitious and driven leader with proven experience in employment, disability, or community services.
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills, including budgeting and contract management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders.
