Unlock Your Potential as a Client Sales Executive

Oracle Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base through strategic sales and consulting efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage consulting opportunity activities for Oracle SaaS Applications on assigned opportunities
  • Drive bookings for both mainstream and new business, meeting or exceeding bookings quota
  • Develop mid to long-term account plans to achieve business growth and secure market leadership
  • Establish strong, lasting, and collaborative relationships with Oracle Opportunity Management and Field organization, and the larger X-LoB teams
  • Craft solutions for winning deals
  • Drive the opportunity management process for our clients and prospects
  • Assist in the bid management process for clients and prospects
  • Ensure the success of each engagement, both financially and from a customer satisfaction viewpoint
  • Support successful delivery, paving the way for expansion
  • Manage issues between Oracle and customers to achieve a positive outcome
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of opportunity management experience with substantial interaction experience with customer executives and decision makers
  • Product, technology, or industry expertise relevant to the practice focus, with an ability to develop and maintain relationships at the executive level
  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Software or SaaS (ERP, HCM, CX, etc)
  • Ability to work within a highly driven and complex environment
  • Perseverant, 'can-do' attitude, seeking multiple alternatives to 'get the job done' when the initial approach doesn't succeed
  • High levels of energy, creativity, and enthusiasm, with a desire to work with a winning team
  • Problem solver who is curious, passionate about results, and highly customer-focused
  • Proven track record of operating in a networked environment (matrix-model, multiple reporting/interaction-lines)
  • Strong people/interpersonal skills, with proficient written and spoken English
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership competence
