About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic ServicePlus team as a Claims and Member Services Coordinator. As a key member of the team, you will provide excellent customer service to our members on a day-to-day basis.
You will also be upskilled in claims as a secondary duty to support the wider Hostplus Service team.
You will report to both the ServicePlus & Claims Manager, actively contributing to both functions.
About YouWe are looking for someone with experience in customer service, particularly in retail, hospitality, or call centers. You should have a knack for communication and be able to engage with anyone on a variety of topics.
You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Building rapport comes naturally to you, whether it's with colleagues or customers.
Familiarity with superannuation, insurance, or advice models is a plus.
A friendly, caring demeanor is essential.
