Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Property Assessor to join our team at Allianz Australia Services Pty Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the assessment of high frequency domestic and commercial claims, ensuring a timely delivery of claims outcomes that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain a consistent delivery of the AAL customer experience within claims underpinned by AAL Claims Experience Principles.
- Liaise with claimants, repairers, and other internal/external stakeholders to drive timely decision making and life of claim outcomes.
- Improve property assessing performance via effective management of average property related incurred costs across internally assessed claims.
- Maintain a productive work environment through appropriate planning and workflow management.
Key Requirements
- Experience of working in a customer service role.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks, and manage competing resources and demands.
- Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends, and links that inform judgements and solutions.
