About the Role:

You will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering exceptional events that meet or exceed client expectations.

This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same. You will oversee front-of-house operations for functions, including set-up, pack-down, and on-the-day coordination.

As the main point of contact for clients, you will handle initial enquiries, confirm bookings, and provide clear communication and follow-up after events.

You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver events that reflect our values and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding guest service by ensuring every event runs seamlessly.
  • Create and manage staff rosters to ensure appropriate coverage for daily operations and special events.
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes, contributing to continuous growth and innovation in the events team.
  • Comply with all Work Health & Safety requirements and maintain a safe workplace.

About You:

We are looking for candidates with a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate or willingness to obtain and maintain at their own expense. A hospitality or business-related qualification or equivalent combination of knowledge, skills, and experience is also required.
