  • We are seeking a skilled Events Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility and adaptability. As an Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering exceptional events. This includes coordinating logistics, managing vendors, and ensuring seamless execution on the day of the event.

The successful candidate will have experience in event planning, coordination, and execution. You will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.

About This Role

This is a full-time position that requires 40 hours per week. You will be working in a dynamic environment with a team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional events.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate and execute events from conception to completion, including logistics, vendor management, and budgeting.

  2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless event delivery.

  3. Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient and effective execution.

  4. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver events that meet client expectations and exceed their needs.

  5. Maintain accurate records and reports to track event progress and identify areas for improvement.

  6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance event delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in event planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
