The role demands effective management of the workforce, providing expert advice on policies, processes, and plans. Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals
  • Providing specialist input into business strategies and plans, linking people initiatives to business objectives, including guidance and support on employee engagement and change management initiatives
  • Collaborating with HR colleagues to design and implement HR programs that meet business needs
  • Offering expert advice on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and compensation
  • Coaching and supporting managers in developing and implementing diverse workforce strategies and processes, including induction, performance, and behavior management
  • Supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives by partnering with business leaders to create an inclusive work environment

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of HR business partner experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • High-level IR and ER knowledge
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
