About the Role

We are seeking an experienced retail professional to join our team as a Retail Experience Manager in VIC's Eastern Suburbs.

Job Description
  • Maintain and elevate displays in department stores across your territory, ensuring exceptional brand representation.
  • Audit stock levels and ensure compliance with display standards, guaranteeing a seamless customer experience.
  • Keep brand fixtures spotless and well-stocked, reflecting positively on our brand image.
  • Motivate and build rapport with retail salespeople, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Support exciting new product launches and installations, driving business growth.
  • Visit stores, report on findings, and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Occasional overnight visits to regional locations may be required, showcasing your adaptability.
Requirements
  • Possess a passion for technology and innovation, staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Demonstrate confidence, approachability, and excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Showcase strong time management and organizational abilities, juggling multiple responsibilities.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – facilitating effective collaboration.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and maintain a reliable vehicle, ensuring flexibility.
  • Retail experience is advantageous but not essential, highlighting your transferable skills.
