About the Role

As a Sales and Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency. You will be expected to mentor and develop your team members, promote a positive work culture, and maintain strong communication with store team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Excellence: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth, exceed conversion goals, and improve store performance.
  • Customer Focus: Deliver outstanding customer experiences by aligning with Samsung's commitment to quality and innovation, ensuring customers feel valued and satisfied.
  • Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and nurture a diverse team, promoting an inclusive and dynamic work environment that fosters collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee store operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness while meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 1 year as an Assistant Store Manager or in a similar role with strong sales experience.
  • Customer Service: Proven ability to create positive and memorable customer interactions.
  • Availability: Flexible with full-time availability, including late-night trade and weekends.
  • Brand Alignment: Passionate about Samsung and aligned with our company's core values.
