
Financial Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our growing finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing account reconciliation and providing financial support to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure timely and accurate submission of employee timesheets on a regular basis.
- Send out reminders to employees for timesheet submission and resolve issues related to timesheet discrepancies.
- Review timesheets for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with department heads to verify and approve submitted timesheets.
- Collect, review, and input employee time and attendance data.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, fostering productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance role.
- Proficiency in financial systems and software.
- Higher or secondary education in accounting or a related field.
- Capacity to prioritize tasks and manage expectations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated integrity, resilience, and commitment to organisational goals.
- Strong communicator with ability to build and sustain relationships.
