A key role within our finance team is available for a skilled payroll administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee time and attendance data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Submit accurate employee timesheets in a timely manner.
  • Verify and approve submitted timesheets in conjunction with department heads.
  • Collect, review and input employee time and attendance information.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of employee data.
  • Continuously enhance procedures to maintain efficiency.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience within a finance team.
  • Practical knowledge of financial systems.
  • Higher/secondary education or equivalent with an accounting background.
  • Prioritization skills to manage expectations.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
