Ambitious Administrator Sought for Central-West Orana Project

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrator. The successful candidate will be based in the Central-West Orana region, with the camp and main office in Merotherie.

The role is focused on providing administrative support to the Environment, Finance and Construction teams. Key responsibilities include data entry, document management, report generation, inventory tracking and coordination of meetings.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative support to Environment, Finance and Construction teams including data entry, document management and report generation.
  • Tracking and managing inventory levels ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely reordering of supplies.
  • Coordinating and scheduling team meetings preparing agendas, booking facilities and organizing catering.
  • Supporting financial processing including invoice management and expense tracking.
  • Maintaining effective communication with internal teams and external vendors.
Critical Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role on large infrastructure construction projects.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office software and good general computer skills.
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Proven organizational skills and motivation to work towards team objectives.
  • Ability to multitask and demonstrate sound judgment.
