Designer of Immersive Customer Experiences

As an Experiential Retail Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting immersive brand experiences that drive customer engagement and commercial success. Our team is passionate about empowering people to look, feel, and be their best selves.
This role requires an experienced conceptual retail designer or interior designer with expertise in fashion, pop-ups, or events. You will work closely with our General Manager – Brand Operations to develop store design guidelines that ensure global consistency across markets and align with our brand DNA, visual merchandising systems, and commercial goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating research-driven, mood-board-based visual storytelling to elevate the in-store experience and bring our brand to life in physical spaces.
- Cross-functional collaboration to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our retail strategy.
