Our mission is to create immersive brand experiences that drive customer engagement and commercial success. As a visionary Store Design Creative Manager, you will lead the conceptual design and evolution of our retail environments.
This role requires an experienced conceptual retail designer or interior designer with expertise in fashion, pop-ups, or events. You will be responsible for setting and governing store design guidelines, ensuring global consistency across markets and alignment with our brand DNA, visual merchandising systems, and commercial goals.
You will elevate the in-store experience and bring our brand to life in physical spaces through research, mood boards, visual storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement store design guidelines that align with our brand DNA and visual merchandising systems
- Create immersive brand experiences that drive customer engagement and commercial success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure global consistency across markets
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in conceptual retail design or interior design (with expertise in fashion, pop-ups, or events)
- Proficiency in design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering programs
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction methods
- Knowledge of building codes, accessibility requirements, and retail safety standards
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders
- A high level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail
