Job Description

We are seeking a talented and visionary Creative Manager to lead the development of our retail environments. This role requires an experienced designer with expertise in fashion, pop-ups, or events who will be responsible for creating immersive brand experiences that drive customer engagement and commercial success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction methods, as well as proficiency in design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering programs.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet business objectives and align with our brand DNA, VM systems, and commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and evolve store designs to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain store design guidelines to ensure global consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver immersive brand experiences.
Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:

  • Demonstrated experience in conceptual retail design or interior design with expertise in fashion, pop-ups, or events.
  • Proficiency in design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering programs.
  • Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction methods.
  • Knowledge of building codes, accessibility requirements, and retail safety standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders.
