Job Overview

This is a strategic opportunity to work closely with the Senior Consultant, Learning and Capability, in supporting the co-design, testing and rollout of the HSW Learning Pathway.

The consultant will collaborate with the Senior Consultant to deliver strategically aligned learning investments that drive individual, team and organisational development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement impactful learning programs that enhance employee and organisational capability.
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Capability team to design and deliver contemporary learning interventions that uplift TAC's performance and capability.
  • Support the Senior Consultant in designing, developing and implementing learning programs that improve the learning experience and culture across the business.

  • A systems thinker with expertise in creating innovative, inclusive and impactful learning experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of learning and development analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation in a professional environment.
  • Demonstrated experience applying human-centred design principles.
  • Experience in applying project management and continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
