Store Experience Manager

This role is all about elevating the customer experience in our stores.

  1. As a Store Experience Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team to deliver innovative and cohesive store campaigns that support and elevate our product range.

You will work closely with the Creative, Marketing, and VM teams to conceptualize and present ideas to leadership using Adobe Suite; Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing store operations/processes to ensure they are equipped with the resources they need to trade and create the best customer experience.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance store layout and visual merchandising.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life through 3D and experiential concepts.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree/qualification or experience in a relevant field such as VM, Creative/Design, spatial or retail design. They will also possess excellent organisation, planning, and time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.

A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is required, along with the ability to foresee opportunities and lead a team effectively.
