Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the conceptual design and evolution of our retail environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in fashion, pop ups or events, and a strong understanding of materials, finishes and construction methods.

The Store Design Creative Manager will be responsible for creating immersive brand experiences that drive customer engagement and commercial success. This will involve setting and governing store design guidelines, ensuring global consistency across markets and alignment with our brand DNA, VM systems, and commercial goals.

The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. A high level of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail is also essential.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. • Demonstrated experience in conceptual retail design or interior design.
    • Proficiency in design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and 3D rendering programs.
    • Strong understanding of building codes, accessibility requirements and retail safety standards.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders.
    • A high level of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.
