Job DescriptionWe are seeking a constructability engineer with a problem-solving attitude to join our managed services team in Melbourne. This role involves leveraging advanced technologies, tools, and processes to drive constructability assessment and optimisation across multiple high-stake projects.
Key Responsibilities- Implement cutting-edge services in constructability assessment and optimisation.
- Utilise problem-solving skills to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop effective solutions that enhance project delivery.
- Provide strategic insights and feedback to continually improve service delivery and project performance.
- Collaborate with the leadership team by working autonomously on assigned tasks, ensuring seamless integration with broader project management efforts.
- 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in infrastructure projects.
- 3+ years of hands-on site planning experience, including roles on major infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor's degree in civil or construction engineering or a related field;
- Expert proficiency with Oracle P6 software and other project management tools.
- In-depth understanding of construction methodologies and project management principles.
- A proven track record of identifying problems, developing solutions, and driving implementation to achieve project goals.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and implement new innovative technologies and software.
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
