About this role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Civil Infrastructure Project Coordinator. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a critical role in coordinating and delivering major civil infrastructure projects. Your expertise and leadership skills will ensure seamless execution, high-quality results, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including risk management strategies and mitigation plans.
  • Maintain effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction specialists.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree-qualified Civil Engineer with at least 5 years of postgraduate experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project coordination, management, and delivery.
  • Proven track record of success in managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Familiarity with construction technology, tools, and software.
