Job Opportunity:

The City of Kwinana seeks an enthusiastic and experienced leader to join the award-winning team at Kwinana Recquatic.

The successful candidate will lead a team in creating a customer-centric environment, building strong rapport with community members and ensuring continuous improvement to service delivery.

About This Role:

  • A comprehensive understanding of sports and programs offered within a recreation centre setting.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Strong organisational skills to effectively plan, coordinate and manage tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey information and maintain open lines of communication.
  • Experience promoting and marketing programs/services in an innovative way that drives growth.
  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Recreation or equivalent level of experience.

  • To build and maintain strong relationships with community members.
