The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive remuneration package, including flexible working arrangements, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional development.

About the Role:

  • Model Development and Improvement: Develop and implement advanced data models using machine learning and statistical techniques to solve complex business problems.
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Conduct deep data analysis, interpret results, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to share knowledge and best practices within the CoE.
  • Business Problem Solving: Translate business challenges into analytical questions and use data to provide solutions.
  • Documentation and Presentation: Document methodologies, code, and results, and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • Machine Learning and Statistical Modelling: Experience in developing and implementing various machine learning models and statistical techniques.
  • Programming and Data Manipulation: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience in data manipulation using libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
  • Big Data Technologies: Experience working with big data technologies like Apache Spark and Hadoop, and knowledge of SQL for extracting and manipulating large datasets.
  • Cloud Computing: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and experience with cloud-based data science tools and services.
  • Domain Knowledge and Problem Solving: Ability to apply data science to solve real-world business problems, with a strong understanding of domain-specific data and business processes.
