About the Role
We seek an exceptional Chief Technology Officer for Risk Innovation to lead our global technology strategy for Non-Financial Risk. As a pivotal member of our senior leadership team, you will work closely with senior leaders in Compliance, Financial Crime, Internal Audit, Operational Risk, and Prudential Risk to identify technology needs and challenges, providing strategic guidance to achieve impactful business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include promoting operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and technological innovation within our organization. You will develop and oversee the implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of non-financial risk management practices, aligning them with our technology architecture and business goals.

Your Profile
We are looking for an executive-level professional with proven experience in technology leadership roles within the financial services industry, specifically aligned to Risk Divisions or strong focus on risk management. Demonstrated success in developing and executing technology strategies that support non-financial risk management and compliance objectives is essential. In addition, you should have extensive knowledge of non-financial risk management frameworks, processes, and regulatory requirements.

Estimated Salary
This role offers a competitive salary range of $200,000 - $350,000 depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
