For success in this IR Advisor role, the key lies in advisory duties related to employment terms, especially with enterprise agreements, awards and legislation.

The ER Manager is part of a purpose-driven organisation where the successful candidate will lead enterprise agreement bargaining, advocacy and negotiations with unions and external bodies. They must monitor workplace relations, maintain compliance and respond to changes. The person should also monitor conditions of employment, minimise industrial disputes and build stakeholder relationships. Lastly, they need to ensure all relevant policies, procedures and guidelines are current and compliant.

  • This includes possessing solid experience with Enterprise Agreements, leading or supporting EA/EBA negotiations end to end.
  • Having a minimum of 5 years work experience within HR as a subject matter expert in Industrial Relations is required.
  • Possessing a tertiary qualification in HR or a related field and/or Industrial Relations.
Job Requirements
  • Enterprise Agreement Experience: Required to have solid experience with Enterprise Agreements, including leading or supporting EA/EBA negotiations from start to finish.
  • Industrial Relations Expertise: Must possess expertise in Industrial Relations, particularly in relation to employment terms, enterprise agreements, awards, and legislation.
  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field and/or Industrial Relations are highly desirable.
