Cruise Product Innovation Manager

As a Senior Cruise Product Specialist, you will report to the Head of Product and be responsible for creating innovative products that cater to the needs of our agent partners. This role involves developing custom solutions, product packaging, and display, as well as managing promotional campaigns and visual assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop competitive custom packages with value adds
- Build and load custom packages across various platforms
- Support product management by updating content and managing rules
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns with suppliers and internal teams
- Manage visual assets and image library
- Lead and support the product team
- Minimum 3 years experience in a senior product or supply role within the travel industry
- Experience working towards and achieving targets and KPI's in the cruise/travel sector
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comprehensive computer skills and confidence learning new systems
