Dynamic Travel Product Lead

About the Role

This senior position involves developing and delivering exceptional travel packages that meet client needs. As a lead in our product team, you will be responsible for creating value-added experiences through air, land, and sea integration.

  • Design and package competitive, accurately priced custom travel itineraries with added features.
  • Browse and load packages across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless booking flow and engaging product displays.
  • Support product management by updating website content, managing pricing rules, setting up promotions, and verifying supplier rates for accuracy.
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns with suppliers and internal teams, planning events, monitoring calendars, and reviewing requirements.
  • Manage design assets and image libraries, ensuring accurate and approved materials are delivered for packages and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate promotional allocations and groups, setting up and maintaining schedules, tracking sales, and providing performance reports.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years experience in senior product or supply roles within the travel industry. Your background should include experience driving targets and KPIs in the cruise/travel sector. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure are essential. Comprehensive computer skills and willingness to learn new systems are also required.
