**About the position**

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ownership and maintenance of delivery frameworks, integrating risk, finance, IT, and portfolio management capabilities.
  • Leadership of high-performing teams delivering support services, including analysis, project procurement, and logistics management.
  • Critical focus on delivery leadership and relationship management, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration.

**Requirements**

  • Experience in leading medium to large-scale projects, using hybrid approaches (predictive and adaptive) or agile methodologies.
  • Proven track record of guiding teams to implement strong methodologies across the project delivery lifecycle.
  • Expertise in project delivery governance, risk management, and control frameworks.
  • Superior stakeholder management skills, including diplomatically influencing at all levels of business.
  • Customer-focused mentality and approach to service delivery.
  • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to synthesize complex information and promote resolutions to problems.
  • Extensive experience in multiple change delivery frameworks, including PMBoK, BABoK, Scrum, SAFe, Prince2, MSP, MoP.
