Job Opportunity: Strategic Transformation Specialist

As a key member of our transformation program, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our major organisational change initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess project releases against strategic change management criteria and business readiness requirements.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive change impact assessments.
  • Develop executive-level reporting, including dashboards, heat maps, and Gantt charts.
  • Brief the project team and integrate impacts into communications, training, and business readiness activities.
  • Partner with stakeholders to track and manage key impacts across teams.

This role requires a strong understanding of strategic change management principles and practices. Ideally, you will have:

  • Proven experience in change management or senior change analysis roles.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to produce clear, executive-ready reporting and presentations.
  • Experience with tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, dashboards, heat maps, and Gantt charts.
  • Background in supporting communications, training, and organisational readiness.
