Role Overview

We help organisations enhance their performance and improve through trust, transformation, innovation and risk management.

As a risk, trust and transformation professional, you will address a wide range of client issues in the public sector, corporate and not-for-profit sectors in Brisbane and across Oceania.

  • Contribute to teams delivering risk, trust, resilience and transformation service engagements end to end, particularly enterprise risk management (ERM), governance, compliance and full cycle project risk management
  • Plan, prepare and review activities and deliverables for clients and other parties
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with clients
  • Work on multiple client engagement teams within the practice

Key requirements include experience working in a blue chip, government or professional services organisation in a risk, governance, strategy or compliance role. ERM design, implementation and operations, including risk service delivery is also required. Risk and/or project, program or equivalent certifications are highly desirable, as well as high quality written and verbal communication skills and relationship management skills.

Strategy: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to manage risk and improve organisational performance.
