Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Expert to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. Our team specializes in guiding clients through complex transformations. We focus on putting people at the center of strategic change, from strategy development through to effective implementation.



The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering transformation strategies that drive lasting results
  • Managing and implementing key transformation activities such as stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, organizational readiness, communications, and training
  • Identifying communication needs and executing against them using strategic and tactical communication skills
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute transformation and communications strategies
  • Creating and delivering impactful communications through various channels
  • Ensuring transformation management and communications activities meet deadlines and budget requirements
  • Defining and measuring success metrics for transformation initiatives


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Environmental Science, or related field
  • 2+ years of consulting experience, with a track record of delivering internal communications and employee engagement campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of communications and change models
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong client handling and creative thinking skills


Preferred Requirements
  • PROSCI certification is an asset
