]Position Overview
This leadership role provides strategic oversight of our initiatives to reduce violence and harmful behaviors among boys and men. Responsibilities include managing teams and practices, developing new responses, and evaluating effectiveness.
About the Program
The Men's Project aims to enhance wellbeing and foster safe families and communities. Launched in 2017, the project builds on our engagement with boys and men over 45+ years, leading new efforts to improve safety.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Senior leadership experience in relevant fields
- Ability to lead and supervise practice managers
- Practitioner expertise working with men and boys to prevent violence
- Experience developing partnerships and engaging stakeholders in social change initiatives
- Strong relationship-building skills and collaboration
- Alignment with our mission and ethos
- Background in social work or related fields
