Job DescriptionFamily Violence Team Leader (Locum) | Wyndham
2-Month Locum with Potential to Extend or Go Permanent
We're seeking a strong and supportive Family Violence Team Leader for a 2-month full-time locum role based onsite in Wyndham. With recent leadership changes in the service, this role is vital in providing stability, oversight, and team support during a period of transition.
About the Role:- Lead and support a dedicated team of 8 (approx. 3.8 FTE, including casuals)
- Oversee daily operations across family violence support services
- Contribute to and implement operational procedures
- Carry a minimal caseload - just 1 complex client
- Full-time onsite preferred (potential to consider 0.8 FTE)
- Standard hours: 9am-5pm, with one late shift per week (11am-7pm or 12pm-8pm)
- On-call approximately every 8 weeks (phone-only; no onsite attendance required)
