We're seeking astrong Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander maleto become a Therapeutic Team Leader—supporting community healing through culturally grounded and trauma-informed programs.
This role offers more than just employment — it's a chance to walk alongside community members, support healing journeys, and lead a passionate team making a tangible impact.
Relocation support is available for candidates moving from Melbourne.
About the Role
You'll lead a team of facilitators and case managers working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals and families impacted by Family Violence.
Your leadership will ensure programs are delivered with cultural safety, integrity, and strong community connection.
What We're Looking For
We seek a proud Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander male with:
Proven experience working in Family Violence (essential)
A solid understanding of trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice
No prior leadership experience required—training and ongoing support provided
A Diploma or higher in a relevant field (training support available for REQ 209)
Passion for supporting mob on their healing journey
