Job Summary:

This position is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, ensuring operational efficiency, and leading a team of Guest Service Officers. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in front office, customer service, food handling, housekeeping, administration, and cash handling.

About the Role:

The Senior Guest Services Officer will assist the Park Manager in supervising the Guest Service Officers, ensure delivery of excellent guest experiences, and represent the company in a positive manner. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality customer service through face-to-face interactions and phone calls
  • Managing daily financial transactions, including reconciliation and banking
  • Assisting with guest reservations, cancellations, arrivals, and departures
  • FOLLOWING WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY PROCEDURES
  • Undertaking on-call duties, including after-hours support and responding to inquiries
  • Ensuring operational procedures are followed

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will have the ability to work productively and independently, deliver an excellent guest experience, manage time effectively, learn quickly, use initiative, and adapt to changing work environments. You will also need to lead others, provide flexible availability, and utilize computer systems proficiently.
