About the Role

  • The Guest Experience Coordinator will handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries with efficiency and warmth, collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of guests, going above and beyond to exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including handling check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries.
