Senior Human Capital Strategist

This role is focused on delivering strategic initiatives driving business outcomes through people management.
About the Position
You will lead national coordination and delivery of early careers programs, while also driving a portfolio of human capital projects across the organization.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and resources across multiple initiatives;
- Leading early careers programs nationally in collaboration with generalist teams;
- Developing strong partnerships with universities and student organizations to attract top talent;
- Collaborating with Learning & Development teams to deliver engaging induction programs;
- Championing diversity and inclusion initiatives through thoughtful design and implementation;
- Supporting core operations and reporting cycles;
- Managing accurate reporting and analysis using Excel and other systems.
About You
You'll be an experienced HR professional with a background in generalist HR, early careers, coordination, or project-based work. You're someone who thrives in a professional environment, is team-oriented, and can manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong project coordination skills;
- A confident and professional communication style;
- Experience working across stakeholder groups at various levels;
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
- A collaborative and authentic approach aligned to organizational values.
