**Head of Residence Position Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated and relational leader to join our Senior Learning Community (SLC) as a Head of House. This role supports the Deputy Head of SLC - Pastoral in driving a professional improvement agenda and contributing to a shared educational vision focused on delivering quality learning outcomes for all students.

This is a full-time, permanent position commencing Term 4, 2025 or as negotiated with the successful applicant.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a positive and inclusive community environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing guidance and support to students, staff, and parents
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve student engagement and academic achievement
  • Collaborating with colleagues to drive a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
