Job Title: Executive Residence Leader

The position of Executive Residence Leader is a key role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the operations of one of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high clinical and compliance standards across the facility on an ongoing basis.
  • Ensure the provision of clinical care that is resident-focused and meets evolving needs of residents and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with all clinical staff to ensure the facility is compliant with relevant regulations at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA - No restrictions.
  • Previous experience in Aged Care / Health Care will be advantageous.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain solid working relationships with identified key stakeholders.
